Google Workspace changes

Dear Valued Client,

We would like to inform you that Racknation S.A. will no longer be acting as a Google Workspace Partner after August 30, 2025. As part of this change, all active Google Workspace accounts currently managed by Racknation will be transferred directly to Google.

What This Means for You:

  • Starting August 31, 2025, Google will take over all billing and account management responsibilities for your Google Workspace services.

  • You will begin receiving invoices and making payments directly to Google.

  • Your Google Workspace services and data will remain intact during and after the transfer, provided all outstanding balances are resolved.

Important:

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transfer, we kindly ask that:

  • All outstanding balances related to your Google Workspace account with Racknation be paid in full.

  • Your account must be in good standing before the transfer.

Accounts with pending balances or billing issues may not be eligible for transfer and may face service interruptions.
